Future Past

The The Philadelphia Inquirer Online has a cool article about William Gibson. Apparently, Neuromancer was inspired by a bus stop ad for an Apple IIc.
How cool is that?
I still have one of those computers in a box in my basement. I loved it. And I remember thinking how spiffy and high-tech it was with it’s internal 5 1/4 inch floppy drive and such. :-)

    Just wanted to post a littlel comment as I sit here in Starbucks on my brand new, neat and spiffy Apple iBook G4 notebook computer!! (as I listen to my iPod)
