Giving Thanks
Thursday, November 22nd, 2007The leaves are falling like flame-colored confetti; strong winds gusting through, revealing bare trees to the overcast sky. It is sort of a Winnie-the-Pooh type blustery day, for sure.
But it’s warm inside and I am home. Later, I’m going to do a bit of cooking…and unwind. Perhaps it is a cliche but I have been thinking of all that I am thankful for. It’s a long list. At the top, though, are my family and the ones I love — gonna focus on that, today — and through the holidays.
May your day be sweet and warm, and full of the things that bring you comfort.
