Winter Walls

It is a purple and white evening -- and my toes are cold.

Things have slipped deeper into chilly realms. The snow (frozen down to an almost dry glitter) casts more light than the sky above it. It is very still outside. In here, it is quiet...winter pressing in through the walls.

So for me it is a "hot soup for supper" kind of evening. Then a movie. Once Upon a Time in Mexico. And socks, I think.
