And Then, Sunshine!

Right now, the remaining patches of snow are like white shadows: just here and there, and fading quick. The sky is blue and bright and I do believe that birds are tweeting. There are also rumors of fifty (as in degrees Fahrenheit) for today.

Groovy.

Last night, I got up to get a drink of water. Some pale movement from outside my window caught my eye. I looked through the dim glass and saw several big deer walking around in the front yard and street. One just looked back at me, ears flicking.

I thought that was pretty groovy, too.
