Pale sky shivered and dusted down.  The first noticeable snowfall highlighting branches and blades of grass.  My stomach vaguely hurts, shoulder muscles: sore.  Seems I'm aching all the time.  My eyes are halfway to a nap.  Through the window, the sky is the same color as the snow I pressed my finger to, earlier.  Gotta rest for a bit.

Today was brightly-cold and brightly-lit. A crystalline day, highlighted in the afternoon by a glitter of tiny snowflakes. They drifted over the near-Halloween landscape like small ghosts...

Now the sun has gone all a-slant and the sky is fading toward dusk. I'm making dinner but, after that, I'm going to brighten things in here. Lights and warmth. And some brightly-calm unwinding, that'd be good.
